It is with broken hearts we announce the passing of our beloved Huw after a brief but fierce fight with illness.

 He was the most wonderful father, husband, brother, son, uncle and friend.

I wish to express my sincere appreciation and gratitude for Huw’s friendship and support over many years as a long-term design collaborator. He was an incredible person to work with, and we shared a huge amount of fun designing together and presenting to our mutual clients. Those clients genuinely enjoyed working with us both, which made the projects we delivered together especially meaningful and memorable.
We both established our businesses around a similar time and often consulted with one another, sharing ideas and supporting each other through opportunities as they arose. It gives me great pride and happiness to know that Huw achieved business ownership and was highly successful in securing and delivering work. This is no small achievement and is a true testament to his skill, dedication, and tenacity. He rolled through goodtimes and bad and always made it happen. I will miss calling him for a chinwag.
Today, I feel a deep sense of confusion and sadness, as only months ago we would have been on a Teams call, presenting or collaborating on the great work we were doing together for Palmerston North Airport. I will always remember those times fondly.
I wish to extend my heartfelt condolences to Huw’s family. I wish you all strength and peace during this difficult time. Huw’s time with us was a true blessing, and he will be deeply missed.
